This notice describes the current Terra Niura holding website. We do not use advertising cookies or visitor analytics tools. Our hosting infrastructure uses security cookies to protect the website.

Who is responsible for your data?

Browsing and website security

When you visit, the services that deliver and protect this website process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times. This processing supports delivery, reliability and protection against malicious traffic, based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

The website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and delivered through Cloudflare. Technical information may be handled by these providers and their service providers. Their privacy information describes their processing, retention and international-transfer arrangements: OpenAI and Cloudflare. Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area; applicable safeguards are described in those policies.

Security cookies

• __cf_bm: set by Cloudflare to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. It expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity.
• cf_clearance: may be set when Cloudflare performs a security check, to record that the check has been passed. Its lifetime depends on the security settings applied by the hosting service.

These cookies support website security rather than advertising. Technical cookies that are strictly necessary do not require prior consent. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking security cookies may affect access to the site. See Cloudflare's cookie information for further details.

Fonts

Our main page loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google's servers to retrieve them, transmitting technical request information, including your IP address. Google states that its Fonts API does not set or log cookies. This is a separate external request even though it is not advertising or analytics tracking. See Google Fonts privacy information.

Mailing list and enquiries

The mailing-list form is not yet connected. Entering an address and selecting “Join the list” does not send or save that address to Terra Niura. We will update this notice and explain how subscriptions work before the mailing list opens.

If you contact us by email, we use the details you provide to respond and manage your enquiry, based on our legitimate interest in handling correspondence, or to take steps at your request before entering a contract where applicable. We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and meet any applicable legal obligations.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing or data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Updates

We will revise this notice when the website's services change, including before introducing a working mailing list, a shop or tools that require cookie consent.
